MeetMattie - eHealth App

The client sought to innovate and develop an app to enhance patient experience and streamline operations to help improve the overall quality of patient care. I lead a mixed team of external experts and the client's best innovators towards a launch in only 90 days.

Unilever's first Personal Care Direct-to-Consumer brand and product launch. I was the Ecommerce strategist and experiment lead.

After two rough years for SaaS companies, in 2024 I dove deeper into understanding how SaaS companies prioritize their investments across the various stages of a customer lifecycle, what are the most important repeatables internal and external pain points and how efficiently they deal with these.
